Terms of Service

Welcome to Candid Capture PR LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our photography services, website, booking systems, and related offerings.

By booking a session, submitting payment, checking an agreement box, or participating in any Candid Capture experience, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Our Service

Candid Capture PR LLC is built on one core idea: make people look and feel famous.

We provide real-time, high-energy photography experiences designed to capture candid, confident, and memorable moments with instant display and fast delivery.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by the Company. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for private, scheduled, or event bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Delivery of images constitutes fulfillment of service.

3. Session Terms

Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend session duration.

“Unlimited photos” refers to images captured during the booked timeframe at the photographer’s discretion and does not guarantee a specific quantity.

Session extensions are subject to availability and billed accordingly.

4. Delivery of Images

We aim to provide instant delivery whenever possible.

• iOS: AirDrop
• Android: QR or WhatsApp

If technical limitations prevent immediate delivery, images will be delivered shortly after the session.

Files are stored for up to 7 days. Clients are responsible for backing up their images after delivery.

5. Events & Large Bookings

For events, the photographer may prioritize capturing moments over delivering images on-site.

Guests will receive access through a custom landing page (if included), which may feature a selfie check-in system to match images.

Guests may begin viewing photos during the event (typically within ~1 hour), depending on network conditions.

A full album will be provided.

6. Custom Event Add-Ons

For an additional fee, we offer custom tags and landing pages for events. These allow guests to access their photos after the event.

All customizations are subject to an approved quote.

7. Artistic Style

Candid Capture uses a paparazzi-style, real-time photography approach. Images are adjusted in-camera and are not heavily edited unless agreed otherwise.

By booking, you accept our creative direction and style.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

For events, cancellations within 14 days may require full payment unless the date is rebooked.

9. Image Use & Rights

By participating, you grant Candid Capture PR LLC permission to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients receive personal-use rights. Commercial use requires written approval.

All copyrights remain with the Company.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks after services are delivered.

If a dispute occurs, you are responsible for any associated fees, costs, and legal expenses.

11. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring cooperation from guests and compliance with venue rules.

We are not liable for missed coverage due to external factors.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, travel issues, power outages, or venue restrictions.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount paid. We are not responsible for indirect or emotional damages.

14. Privacy

We may collect contact information for communication and delivery. Payments are processed through third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party systems.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico or the location where services are performed.

16. Acceptance

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Candid Capture PR LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
